The report that shows this assessment, or MarketScope for Sales Force Automation in the consumer Goods Industry, was published on 9 March by Dale Hagemeyer. It’s an analysis concerning the major producers of CRM software for high consumption in the world (this year you cited 20 companies), chosen on the basis of the level of performance achieved.
